Pattern Notes: In the Phase IV Mallory Cullen frame at Rangeley Outdoor Heritage Museum; This streamer is really a Phase III style with its long Jungle Cock cheek and long shoulder, and sparse throat that does not cover the tie in of underbelly. Also appears in the book Forgotten Flies, by Paul Schmookler & Ingrid Sils on p537 (Mallory Cullen collection) as #142.
