Pattern Notes: Unusual construction with the use of a topping or roof of wood duck.

G. Donald Bartlett collection of the Rangeley Outdoor Heritage Museum. Mr. Bartlett was a client of Wallace and Carrie Stevens, and has at least three of her streamers named after him. This fly part of a collection from Mr. Bartlett’s streamer wallet, donated to the museum by his daughter.
